Ranches at Milo Creek
All packages and rentals include day access to The Ranch House, The Barn, and The Stone house. The surrounding area features two outdoor firepits and additional seating areas. Renters are responsible for providing all reception items, setup, and clean up. The venue offers 22 wooden benches (each seating eight), 200 chairs, and 20 round tables that seat 8.

Milo Creek
Invite your family and friends for two unforgettable days at The Ranch at Milo Creek for your special celebration. The Milo Creek package includes exclusive access to the venue Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday along with full use of our event spaces throughout your stay.




Sun River
Invite your family and friends to create lasting memories at The Ranch at Milo Creek with the Sun River package. This package includes exclusive access to the venue on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday allowing you to fully enjoy your special day and a beautiful and serene setting.
The Vaughn
Experience the beauty of The Ranch at Milo Creek on a weekday with The Vaughn package. Available from Monday through Thursday, this package includes full access to our event space, allowing you to enjoy all that our venue has to offer for your special day. Multi-day rental prices are available upon request.



The Pishkun
The Pishkun package is ideal for holiday parties, company events, family, reunions, and more. It includes full access to our event space, allowing you to enjoy the beauty and amenities of our picturesque venue fully. Multi-day or weekend rental options are available upon request.

FAQ’s
How many guest can you accommodate?
To preserve the beauty of our grounds, we recommend a maximum of 150 guests for weddings. If your guest list exceeds this number, we are happy to review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Can I bring in my own vendors for an event?
Of course! We would be happy to recommend some of our local favorites, but you are not required to use them. We do, however, require that vendors hold and present to us their proof of insurance policy.
What are the music requirements?
Live bands and disc jockeys are welcome. All music must be played at reasonable levels. All music that is playing outdoors must end at 11:00 pm.
May we bring our own alcohol?
As we do not provide alcohol ourselves. No self-serve bars are permitted and alcohol may not be served to any guest under the age of 21
May we bring in decorations for our event?
Yes, we welcome and encourage decoration of the space. You are welcome to hang décor from the rafters in the space and on the walls, as long as it will not cause any type of damage to the space.
Do you allow candles onsite?
We allow candles as decor but only if the flame is contained. Tapered candle holders and pillar candles must be contained within glass cylinders, and votives must be contained in holders.
Is our security deposit refundable?
We have a fully refundable $1,000 security deposit for any damage that may have occurred to the property. A post dated check is required along with you final payment. After the final walk-through, if we determine with you that no damage was done to the property, this deposit will be returned to you.
